How to fix a DEAD Netgear FVX538 Firewall

How to fix a DEAD Netgear FVX538 Firewall, most probably Bricked.

A few months ago I bought this FVX538 online, appearantly in working condition.

But as it appears, it is in some "bricked" state. I think. I go scammed.

When I power the device On, this is all i get:
